About the event

✨During this event, we are combining the healing power of cannabis and yoga to elevate your mind, body and spirit. We will begin with a 45min slow flow yoga session with Randii; learning to yoke the body with the breath. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be cultivated. Bring a mat!

✨We will end the evening with food, drinks, socializing, and painting. Paint, paintbrushes, and canvases will be provided 🎨

Please bring your own mat and herbs 🍃
