About the event
Twerk cardio is a special type of cardio dance for everyone to learn the basic fundamentals of twerking. Just like dance, twerking can release stress and boost confidence. made to get your heart rate pumping your body moving.
In this workshop, you will go through a series of workout dance songs while GLOWING!
Everyone is invited.
$15 in advance. $20 at the door.
Drinks, music, and glow material will be included with your price.
Please come wearing comfortable white or neon clothing and sneakers.
